"Quote Ended Up Being Way Off"
At first, the quote they gave me seemed reasonable, so I felt okay moving forward. But by the time everything was finalized, the price had jumped a lot, and it felt like extra costs were just added along the way without much warning.
I did ask about the difference, but I never really got a clear explanation. Personally, I wouldn’t rely on their quote again, and based on my experience, I’d be hesitant to use them in the future...

"Billing worked, but the timing confused me"
My payment went through without any real issue, but I was a little confused about what charges happened when. I thought one thing had been billed earlier, then the dates on the statement made me second-guess it, so it took me a bit to piece everything together. Support did get back to me eventually and they weren’t rude or anything, but the explanation still wasn’t super clear. Overall it was fine, just wish the billing timeline was easier to understand.

"Shipping used to be faster"
I ordered expecting it to ship quickly, but it just sat there for days with barely any updates. I remember this being a lot smoother before, so it was frustrating having to follow up myself. Even after chasing them, it still showed up way later than expected

I was browsing for bathroom fixtures and the site definitely looks nice, but it took me a little while to actually find what I was looking for. The menus aren't terrible, just not super obvious at first, so I had to poke around a bit.
A few pages also loaded slower than I expected, and the product filters felt kind of limited. I kept clicking into things and backing out more than I wanted to, and that part was weird because it made simple browsing feel a little clunky.
Overall, the site works fine and the photos were helpful, so I did get what I needed from it. I just wish the shopping experience was smoother, especially when using it on mobile.

Well... I ordered a few bathroom fixtures from Water Works and I’m really happy with them. They feel solid, the finish looks clean, and nothing about them feels cheap. You can tell some real care went into making them. Everything lined up nicely during installation too, which was a relief. They were definitely on the pricey side, but seeing them in place, the craftsmanship makes it feel worth it.

"Return took more effort than I expected"
I ordered a bath item from Water Works, i really wanted to like it because I’ve always thought their stuff looks nicer than a lot of other brands. The piece looked good in person too, but it just didn’t work in our space once we tried it out.
Starting the return was the frustrating part. Customer service did respond, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the exchange details weren’t very clear and I ended up having to follow up twice. It all got handled eventually, but for a brand I already had high expectations for, the process felt more annoying than it should have

I ordered a few bathroom fixtures from Water Works, and overall they’re solid. They look nice once installed and don’t feel like cheap junk, which is good because they definitely weren’t cheap. That said, one piece had a tiny mark in the finish, some genius should’ve caught that before shipping it out. It’s still usable and looks fine overall, but for the price, I expected a little more than “yeah, good enough.”

I was in a good mood when it showed up because the quality was nicer than I expected for what I paid. The prices felt fair, and even though shipping took a little longer than I would’ve liked, I’m still happy with the purchase overall. I’d order from waterworks.com again.

The items definitely looked nice, and I can see why someone might be interested. But personally, once I saw the extra fees and shipping added on, the total just felt too high for what I was getting. Maybe it makes sense for someone else, but to me it didn’t feel like a fair value.

"My box showed up completely beat up"
It was frustrating. The box arrived looking like it had been tossed around the whole way here, and of course I’m the one who has to deal with it. I was really hoping it would come in decent shape, but it showed up damaged.
